libclang-common-3.4-dev software package provides clang library - Common development package, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclang-common-3.4-dev
libclang-common-3.4-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclang-common-3.4-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclang-common-3.4-dev *
You will get with libclang-common-3.4-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
